Glass factory

We have two six-pan furnaces, one two-pan zone furnace and a pool for opal enamel. We normally melt opal, 24% and 7% lead crystal, amber, black and other enamels according to the customer's request.

Plating of plastics

The method of vacuum vaporization of metals is used to plate the products. In high vacuum, very thin metal layers can be applied to a wide range of base materials. The applied layer of metal exactly copies the surface of the product.

Plastic painting

The paint shop following the galvanic plating operation, where the degreasing lines are also located (immersion washing with ultrasound support), enables the application of firing varnishes and paints.

Laser cutting

The Trumpf Truelaser 3030 laser cutter with a power of 4000 W enables the cutting of steel sheets and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to the Rotolas equipment, we have the option of transitioning from surface cutting of boards with a laser beam to cutting pipes and profiles as well.
