At Preciosa – Lustry, as, 90% of the bends are bent on a press brake.
Pressing force: 850 kN.
Maximum length of folding: 2000 mm, width of punches 10,15,20...mm (can be folded).
Advantages: six-axis rear stop – the axes of the stop can move independently of each other, there is no deflection, the bend is symmetrical, larger thicknesses can be bent.

Recommended radius

Inner radius = material thickness, but must not be less than R1. This applies to all materials.

Ideal dimensioning

The greatest accuracy is achieved if the development with dimensioned bend centers is projected onto the drawing. No need to engrave.

One dimension can also be preferred over another. In this case, it is necessary to indicate a note on the drawing.

The middle thread is calculated for the twists. The view side must be marked on the drawing.
